Layflat hose made from PVC is thin and rolled flat for easier transport and storage. This hose is mainly used for the delivery of water on sites such as construction, irrigation, mining and aquaculture.
We use Soft but Strong PVC compounds for inner and outer layers. And the reinforcement between layers is by high tensile woven polyester yarn. The extrusion is made simultaneously to maximize the bonding between layers.
